After the proofs are returned, we implement any corrections if necessary. If there are corrections they will be provided on a disk or sent to the FTP site for us to extract. Once it is determined that we can proceed, we send the data to the plate setter and plates are generated for the entire book.

The plates play an important role in the printing process because they have the image that will create the final product. At this point, we are ready to put the job on the presses.
